IRON Man 2 : *** Good enough to keep fans happy :)

The much awaited movie has finally released, I was eagerly waiting for the weekend.

It is nice to watch Robert Downey, Jr. , he is perfect for the role of a super hero who is smart, has lot of ego and has his own style of driving girls/fans crazy. I love the way he approaches his fans in the movie, the way he says 'You cannot afford me'... wow..
Another surprise part was to watch Mickey Rourke. Personally I have not seen him a serious role. It was good to see him a role of a really bad villain (the guy who was seen in movies like wild orchid, nine n half weeks). He doesn't have much dialogues to speak but his looks and expressions tells everything.
Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johnson have given good support.
So here is a super hero who has created his own charm and would love to watch sequel 3.
If you want to see some action, and you love super hero movies.. go and watch Iron Man2 this weekend.

HOw to Train A Dragon: *** 1/2 A cute Movie

As always, every animated movie is cute, refreshing and funny.. this one is too..
One can surely train a dragon especially if he has gears to tune in the speed :D

Hiccup, a teen who has almost lost his self esteem, is the first Viking who didn't wanted to kill a dragon and also becomes the first Viking to ride a dragon, Toothless.
The whole story is about how he revels the truth of dragons and tells his villagers how dragons can be their friends.

A perfect weekend movie.. Good story with a nice message

Take care :)

Date Night *** 1/2: Prefect Pop Corn Flick

So watched another movie after a long time, and that also on a weekday :) (lucky me)

'Date Night', a light-hearted and funny story. Great chemistry between Steve Carell and Tina Fey. Its about Mr and Mrs. Foster who go for a date one night (its a really nice idea for hubby to take his wife out for date :)).
They wanted this date to be special, so they landed upo in a famous, costly restaurant..and decide to take some one's else reservation. The adventure begins...

With funny dialogues, comic timing, the shirtless guy, the pole dance steps.. all together make Date Night a pop corn flick.. :)

So go and watch it. You will have 1 and half hour of nice paisa vasul entertainment.

Would give 3 and half stars to it.

Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?: Review ***

Hi, saw a decent hindi movie finally (was still under stress after watching Karthik calling Karthik). As this movie had Paresh Rawal in it, i couldn't miss it :).
First half of movie is good.. second half is also decent. Over all I can say that it is one time watch. Paresh Rawal is a perfect Chachaji, while Ajay Devgan and Kokana Sen are immensely watchable.
Currently I can remember the scene which can be tagged as 'Kitney addami thi' :) After a long time heard this dialogue.
M sure you must be had thought of asking your atithi ke 'Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?'

So hope you njoy watching it..

Refreshment in ur life is a Must + Julie And Julia : Review ****

Hi, hope all is well..
Saw Julie and Julia yesterday, Indeed it is a refreshing movie. The strange part is the same day I showed my blog to Abhishek, and he was impressed by my idea (he is not into blogs n online). Blogging has helped me to express my thoughts, give me some change, write something which I like. And Next we saw this movie which had the same background, a Julie who is doing a job which she never wanted to do.Because of marriage (give up her career) she does a job which she wanted never wanted. She always wanted to be a writer n her husband gave her idea of blogging. This way she can reach the reader and there is no need of a publisher (how true!). But now the question is what she will blog on and the answers is Food. Its a wonderful journey of how she evolves as a women who later on becomes successful writer (this is a true story). This would not have been possible without Julie one more inspiring character who loves her life and Food :).
This is story is so very true, so very similar to many of woman who have to give up some thing in their for some or the other reason. But the dream is always there and the determination also, nothing is impossible. Of course for married women they need support from her family especially their husband. the Journey of Julia and Julia would have been never the same without the support of their husbands.
Another good part of the story is the relation between the husband and wife.

Its a heart warming yummy story which refreshes you and makes you think that you need to do something in your life so that you don't lose your identity.
A must watch :)
After watching this movie I felt what i like the most, and I answered Dance, I would Love to learn different forms of dance. Well I don't have time to go and join a dance class and of course at the week end I like to sit back and relax and spent some time with my family and fiends, so whats the solution. Well its the Internet again, start learning by watching you tube :). I really don't know how could I have managed my life without Internet :)

Do write your comments about some thing you like, you want to do, what you love...

Take care :)

Karthik Calling Karthik *

Disappointed !! Didn't expect such a movie for Farhan. Had a high expectation for this movie after watching Rock on and Luck By chance.
The only survival were the songs.
The first half was something which i could manage to see, with few funny dialogues but the second half was so very sad ( But I still had some hope left thinking that now would be the right move, but nothing really happened). Neend aa hee rahe thi ki picture khatm ho gaya...

The climax was terrible, one more new disorder.. I guess lot of people have got inspired by Taare Zameen Par.. Hope I get to see a decent good Hindi movie soon.. Pls suggest me is you find any interesting one...
